The London Dyslexia Initiative

Empowering children to acquire effective literacy skills is at the heart of what we do.

Through our outreach programme, the London Dyslexia Initiative, we work in partnership with seven local state primary schools providing vital support for children who are struggling with their literacy and confidence.

We teach children with dyslexia at our centre in Kensington as well as at several local primary schools.

Hammersmith & Fulham partner schools

• Addison Primary
• Brackenbury Primary

Our team of dedicated specialist teachers attend schools once a week, providing bespoke, targeted literacy intervention to fifty-three children on a one-to-one basis. Our work in these schools has been so successful that each school now contributes towards the costs from their special educational needs budget.
